Great news for seller's!
The suspension of HIPS means that selling property is easier, quicker and cheaper!
The change in legislation means that properties being advertised for sale no longer need a HIP however they still need the modestly priced EPC in place.
Another great benefit is that the EPC needs to be in place within 28 days of the property being advertised as opposed to the unwieldy unpopular HIP which had to be in place prior to the property being marketed.

In this exciting tie up the new refreshed Auction product will be held in the beautiful new Hilton Hotel.
Venmore's have a strong link with The Hilton being the managing agents for the 47 outstanding apartments above the hotel.
Local Market Update
Sales through our 11 retail shops increased in August over the levels that we had seen in June and July with each shop selling on average 9 houses which is almost double the level of the dark Autumn of 2008.
Stock levels have remained static however the number of valuations has begun to drop reflecting a nationwide trend and forecast that stock is becoming scarce to find.
